This managed me to get in the 60 ish FPS zone with decent settings (still not what the machine should be capable of if you check the specs).
PARSEC REVIEW 2019 DRIVER
Finally settled with a Papercut machine and manually updated the GeForce driver to the newest version (even though Papercut/Parsec explicitly tells you not to, since it might be possible that the VM will be corrupted). The Amazon machines aren't even capable of running BF1 since they're running on an old Windows (server?) version. I tried all the different possible VM's which took me a couple of hours in total (= wasted credits). After setting up a Papercut machine and installing BF1, I wasn't able to manage 30+ FPS on the lowest settings possible. Service is okay, however performance of the machines is very poor even though specs suggest otherwise. I never would have left this review if they hadn't given me such a hassle to get my hard-earned money back. ***UPDATE: I finally got my refund, but of course only after I said I'm just going to post about it since they were stealing my money. Can't recommend that anyone uses this app at this point. At this point, we were ready to move on because there has been more than enough communication and more than enough troubleshooting, but they refused to give us back our money for a non-consistently working app. We got frustrated using an app that doesn't work, so then we requested a refund for the 8 months of the year left that we won't use it, but they refused to do so without doing a 5th or 6th tech call with them about the issues. The troubleshooting never worked, we still had issues. The app has constant connection problems! I addressed the connection my staff regularly has with the reps and senior folks.
